Provençal cooking workshop

With this workshop, you will discover the scents and spirit of the Provencal home kitchen, made with fruits and vegetables riped in abundant sunlight.

Two kind of classes are proposed :

The course with dinner which is based arround seasonal ingredients. In a two hour course, you will prepare your meal and be able to taste it for dinner. The price is 60€ dinner included. A price of 20€ will be charged by person attending the dinner without taking the course. An aperitif will be offered, you will be asked to take care of and choose your own wine. The cellars are numerous in Tavel !

The take away course will enable you to prepare your home-made jams, tapenades (olives based spread), olive-oil prepared vegetables in glass jars, sweets, biscuits... that you will be able to share with your friends and family when back home. The price is 40€ for a 2 H session. For Christmas a special session is proposed at 100-120€ for a longer session spread over a two day period.

Friendly ambiance, full of humor and tales from my grandma's days are part of the cookery classes. This could be an original gift for food and wine lovers ! Keep it in mind !
